Company headquarters in Los Angeles, but this position will be based in Nevada. Some travel outside Nevada required. Summary:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting and executing the marketing initiatives for all entities under the Mundo Group umbrella. This role will work closely with company leadership, restaurant operations, and external partners to help grow brand awareness, drive guest engagement, and maintain consistent standards across all locations. This position focuses on the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, graphic design, social media management, public relations coordination, and supporting overall business growth. Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Restaurant Marketing Administration Collaborate with General Managers and Event Managers to identify sales opportunities and execute localized marketing campaigns. Support restaurant openings, promotions, seasonal campaigns, special events, and operational initiatives. Coordinate and manage restaurant-specific marketing efforts, including social media, digital marketing, email campaigns, graphic design support, and in-store collateral. Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with established brand standards across all locations. Assist in the execution of marketing strategies focused on guest acquisition, retention, and engagement. Support digital advertising initiatives, including social media campaigns, SEO, Google Ads, influencer partnerships, and email marketing. Coordinate partnerships and promotional opportunities with vendors, suppliers, and community organizations. Organize and coordinate professional photo and video shoots for menu items, cocktails, events, and promotional campaigns. Track campaign performance and provide reporting on marketing initiatives and promotional effectiveness. Public Relations and Communications Support media relations efforts by assisting with press inquiries and maintaining relationships with journalists, influencers, and media partners. Lead the development and distribution of press kits, photos, videos, and promotional materials. Assist in identifying and coordinating press opportunities, interviews, guest appearances, and media features. Draft press releases, promotional copy, newsletters, and marketing communications. Help maintain archives of press coverage, media mentions, and marketing assets. Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events, ensuring brand consistency and smooth coordination across departments. Track and report ROI for events, campaigns, and promotional efforts whenever applicable. Corporate Responsibilities Assist with managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, invoices, and campaign costs. Maintain marketing calendars and track campaign timelines, deliverables, and event schedules. Support the implementation of company-wide marketing initiatives in collaboration with leadership. Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring timely execution and brand consistency. Review marketing content and creative materials for accuracy, quality, and alignment with brand standards. Stay current with marketing trends, social media platforms, hospitality trends, and emerging technologies. Support CRM initiatives, guest database marketing, and email marketing campaigns. Assist with maintaining website content and online listings for all restaurant locations. Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. 3-5 years of related marketing experience, preferably in restaurants or hospitality. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with digital marketing platforms, social media management, email marketing, SEO, and basic paid advertising. Familiarity with CRM systems and guest database marketing. Experience creating and coordinating marketing content. Strong graphic design and content production experience, including email marketing, digital and print advertising, and promotional collateral creation. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Passion for hospitality, food & beverage, and brand growth. Ability to work at a desk for extended periods and support on-site events, activations, and photo shoots as needed. Pay:
