Marketing Manager, Holidays ROLE OVERVIEW
The Seasonal Event Marketing Manager serves as the local market lead for Enchant Las Vegas — a large-scale, immersive holiday event operating over a six-week run. This role is responsible for driving local awareness, partnerships, and community integration that directly support ticket sales and event success. Acting as the on-the-ground expert, you will bring the Enchant brand to life within your city by identifying key opportunities, building relationships, and ensuring flawless local execution across all marketing touchpoints. While national strategy, paid media, PR, and influencer efforts are led by centralized teams, this role is critical in grounding those efforts in local relevance — ensuring every campaign, partnership, and activation resonates within the market and is executed at a high level. This is a highly cross-functional, execution-focused role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands how to navigate local ecosystems, and knows how to turn community presence into measurable results. RESPONSIBILITIES
Local Market Ownership & Strategy Serve as the primary marketing owner for the assigned city, with full accountability for local execution Translate national campaigns into locally relevant activations and opportunities Identify key audiences, neighborhoods, and community entry points that drive awareness and attendance Provide ongoing market insights and feedback to optimize campaign performance Local Partnerships & Community Activation Lead the development and execution of all local partnerships and grassroots marketing efforts Identify, secure, and manage community partners aligned to target audiences Execute high-impact activations (in-store, street-level, co-branded, and local collaborations) Develop and manage ticket promotions and giveaway partnerships that drive engagement and conversion Ensure all partnerships deliver measurable value and are fully tracked and documented Cross-Functional Execution & Market Integration Act as the local extension of centralized marketing teams (PR, Influencer, Paid Media) Partner with the PR & Influencer Manager to source local influencers and support in-market coordination, hosting, and relationship management Support local execution of media and advertising efforts through market insight, placement support, and activation logistics Ensure all campaigns are properly localized, visible, and executed to a high standard within the market Venue Liaison, On-Site Execution & Reporting Serve as the primary marketing liaison for the venue and local partners Coordinate and execute on-site marketing integrations, promotions, and partner activations Host and manage partners, influencers, and media during key event periods Track all marketing activity and deliver a comprehensive post-event wrap report with insights and recommendations QUALIFICATIONS
4-7+ years in event, local, or experiential marketing Proven ability to build partnerships and execute grassroots campaigns Experience working cross-functionally with PR, influencer, and media teams Highly organized with strong execution and follow-through Deep familiarity with assigned market Social House Entertainment is an equal opportunity employer.
