Director of Marketing- Part Time

We're hiring a Manager of Marketing and Administration! Our ideal candidate is a creative self-starter who can effectively lead marketing initiatives and assist with business operations. They'll be responsible for overseeing marketing and administration for multiple Sonic Drive-In locations, as well as planning and managing promotional events and local store marketing, including social media and sponsorships. Sonic, America's Drive-In is one of the largest and most successful chain of quick-service drive-in restaurants and is looking for an Marketing Director for the Buffalo area. Sonic's unique service delivery system provides personalized carhop service that's fast and convenient along with dine in experience. As the Marketing Director and administrative assistant, your duties include but are not limited to:

• Plan, organize, and run events to drive traffic to Sonic Drive in.
• Manager and maintain all social medias keeping us top of mind in the local communities
• Gain and grow relationships with local charities and and businesses.
• Determine a Market by Market plan to drive traffic and business to the stores.
• Provide data fueling marketing decisions and local offerings
• Process and run payroll on a weekly basis.
• Manage Different programs for the store managers
• Vacations, Skate Program, Shoes for Crews, ect
• Be the liaison between our store level management and our charity partners.
• Work inside of a budget to run different fundraisers and events at the stores.
• Assists drive-in management in implementing the restaurant plan in order to meet established operating standards, sales and profits.
• Assists in training and motivating crew members for all guest service interactions
• Individual will work with management in a manner that helps control costs and assists in managing daily operations.
• Strong Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead team members
• Coachable mindset with the ability to perform well under fast paced and sometimes chaotic business.
• Individual must be a Team Player willing to meet and exceed drive
• in goals and objectives, open communication, cleanliness and safety
• Candidates must have a passion to win as a team and to deliver on company and brand initiatives. Candidate must have a valid drivers license. Sonic is locally owned and operated.
