Job Description

Hiller Comerford Injury and Disability Law, PLLC is seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands‑on Marketing Director to lead and execute the firm's marketing and brand initiatives. This in-office role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing strategy, digital presence, reputation management, and performance measurement while leading and developing the marketing team. The ideal candidate brings both high‑level vision and operational execution, with experience managing social media platforms, online reviews, and multi‑channel marketing efforts in a professional services environment. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Highly proactive and execution-focused Identifies priorities and what needs to be accomplished, anticipates needs, takes initiative without waiting for direction, and consistently drives tasks to completion with accuracy and urgency Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with firm goals, growth objectives, and brand positioning Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on marketing initiatives, performance, and market opportunities Digital & Social Media Marketing Manage and oversee the firm's social media marketing platforms, including content strategy, audience engagement, brand voice, and performance tracking Ensure social media efforts align with broader marketing campaigns, brand guidelines, and business objectives Monitor trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices in social and digital marketing Online Reputation & Listings Management Manage and oversee the firm's online reputation across platforms including Google Reviews, Yelp, Indeed, and other review sites Own and maintain the firm's Yext listing and other online directory listings, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment Develop and manage processes for responding to reviews in a timely, professional, and brand‑appropriate manner Partner with internal teams to address feedback trends and protect the firm's public reputation Media, Campaigns & Performance Develop and lead integrated paid and organic marketing campaigns across digital channels (paid search, paid social, display, streaming/video) and traditional channels as appropriate Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective spend, pacing, and return on investment Oversee campaign performance, attribution, reporting, and optimization using defined KPIs Analyze market trends, client insights, and campaign results; present clear, data‑driven insights and recommendations to leadership Brand & Communications Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market initiatives Ensure consistent brand standards across all public‑facing channels, including social media, listings, and review responses Foster positive interactions and strong relationships with external partners, internal employees, and the online community Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising or related field 7 + years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Proven experience managing social media platforms and online reputation/review platforms (Google, Yelp, Indeed, etc.) Hands‑on experience with digital marketing, analytics, and performance measurement Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills Experience in professional services, legal, healthcare, or regulated industries preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Why Join Us Opportunity to lead and shape the firm's brand and marketing strategy Collaborative, professional environment with executive visibility Competitive compensation and benefits Meaningful work supporting clients and communities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays
EOE Pay:
$90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
