Marketing Manager

Hiller Comerford Injury and Disability Law, PLLC is seeking a motivated, hands-on Marketing Manager to support and execute the firm's marketing and brand initiatives. This in-office role is responsible for day-to-day marketing execution, digital presence management, and campaign coordination across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and execution-focused, with the ability to take ownership of projects, manage competing priorities, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced professional environment. Key Responsibilities Execution & Ownership Highly proactive and execution-focused Identifies what needs to be done, prioritizes effectively, anticipates needs, and takes initiative without waiting for instruction Consistently drives tasks to completion with accuracy, urgency, and strong attention to detail Takes ownership of assigned marketing initiatives and ensures follow-through Digital & Social Media Marketing Execute and manage the firm's social media platforms, including content posting, scheduling, and engagement Support development of content aligned with the firm's brand voice and marketing goals Track and report on social media performance and engagement metrics Monitor trends and suggest improvements or new opportunities Online Reputation & Listings Management Monitor and support management of the firm's online reputation (Google Reviews, Yelp, Indeed, etc.) Assist in maintaining accurate business listings, including Yext and other online directories Draft and coordinate responses to reviews in a timely, professional manner Identify trends in feedback and escalate concerns as appropriate Campaign Execution & Performance Support Assist in executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure campaigns are launched on time Track campaign performance and assist with reporting on key metrics and KPIs Help manage marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables Brand & Communications Support Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms Assist with marketing communications, content updates, and internal coordination Support development of marketing collateral and promotional materials Maintain organized documentation of campaigns, content, and assets Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred 3-5 years of marketing experience Experience with social media platforms, online reviews, and digital marketing Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and writing skills Experience in professional services, legal, healthcare, or regulated industries preferred Why Join Us Opportunity to contribute to a growing and dynamic marketing function Collaborative and professional work environment Competitive compensation and benefits Meaningful work supporting clients and communities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays

EOE Pay:

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
