Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, dynamic, and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in alignment with our overall business goals across three motion control technology product lines and brands - SEPAC, MachIII, Placid, and IDM and Res-q-jack, BES and FSI. This role will oversee the development and execution of a robust B2B marketing strategy and engine, focusing on brand management, quality and relevant content creation, and high engagement across multiple channels. The Director will be responsible for establishing our brands as industry leader, managing content production and delivery, and driving demand generation.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing Leadership Develop and oversee the execution of a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy that supports business goals and reinforces our brand's leadership position in the motion control industry. Align marketing efforts with sales strategy to create a cohesive approach that includes targeted outreach, lead generation, and customer retention. Set clear KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. 2. Brand Management and Industry Leadership Establish and maintain a strong brand identity, positioning the company as a thought leader in the industry. Drive brand visibility and authority by managing the creation of thought leadership content, such as whitepapers, blogs, case studies, and videos. Manage representation of company on social media and industry forums, engaging with the community to build brand awareness and influence. 3. Content Strategy and Execution Oversee the development of high-quality content, including technical resources, blog posts, infographics, and videos, aimed at educating and engaging target audiences. Collaborate with internal teams to produce content that showcases our products' benefits and innovation, reinforcing our brand's role as an industry expert. Manage SEO and keyword strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic, ensuring the website is consistently updated and optimized. 4. Marketing Automation and Analytics Implement and manage marketing automation strategies through platforms such as HubSpot to streamline lead nurturing, content distribution, and engagement tracking. Regularly analyze marketing metrics, including website traffic, SEO performance, and social media engagement, to refine marketing strategies and drive growth. 5. Social Media and Community Engagement Develop and execute a social media strategy to build brand awareness, credibility, and engagement on platforms like LinkedIn and industry-specific forums. Create and maintain a consistent posting cadence, including industry insights, product updates, and educational content, to enhance social media presence. Engage with followers and industry professionals to position the company as an approachable, knowledgeable leader. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Alignment Partner closely with the sales team to ensure marketing and sales efforts are aligned, fostering a smooth lead handoff and an integrated approach to the customer journey. Collaborate on setting priorities and establishing clear communication processes to ensure that marketing efforts support the overall sales goals. 7. Digital Marketing and Website Optimization Manage and update website content to ensure it remains current, functional, and optimized for user experience and SEO. Oversee ongoing SEO improvements, including keyword optimization, page updates, media uploads, and traffic analysis. Coordinate product photography, 360-degree imagery, and video production to enhance the marketability of products online. Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior or director role. Proven experience in managing digital marketing, content strategy, and brand building. Expertise with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), SEO, and social media platforms. Strong analytical and project management skills, with experience using analytics tools like SEMRush or similar. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage with technical audiences. Pay:
