Role Description The Highlands at Pittsford is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Marketing & Community Outreach to lead strategic marketing initiatives, drive occupancy growth, and strengthen community engagement. This leadership role will work closely with the Executive Director on key responsibilities, ensuring alignment between marketing strategies and overall organizational goals. The Director will also collaborate with key stakeholders across the system to support and align on broader brand awareness efforts. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with organizational goals Partner closely with the Executive Director on strategic initiatives, occupancy planning, and community positioning Collaborate with system leadership and key stakeholders on brand awareness initiatives and messaging consistency Lead advertising, digital marketing, and public relations efforts Plan and execute community outreach programs, events, and partnerships to drive awareness and referrals Manage lead generation strategies, including digital campaigns, CRM utilization, and sales funnel optimization Collaborate closely with sales/admissions teams to support occupancy goals Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, healthcare providers, and community leaders Oversee content development including website, social media, print materials, and media communications Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness and ROI Manage marketing budget and vendor relationships Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field required 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience, with demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution Experience in real estate, senior living, healthcare, or hospitality is strongly preferred Proven ability to manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders Experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools Highly organized, creative, and results-oriented with strong leadership capabilities
Pay Range:
(E) $70,000/yr.-$100,000/yr.
