Full Job Description Job Overview:
This position will be responsible leading the development of our marketing strategies for driving brand awareness, increasing lead generation, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an integrated marketing and advertising plan that includes online and offline channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, print, radio and TV advertising, events, and sponsorships. Plan and execute effective product launches and event marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness. Work with sales team to identify target customers and develop marketing strategies to attract and retain them, including customer loyalty programs and referral programs. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all spending is in line with company goals and objectives. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives, using data and insights to continuously improve performance. Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, operations, and IT to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives, including coordination with third-party vendors and agencies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new marketing technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the automotive industry or retail preferred. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing plans. Solid understanding of marketing metrics, data analysis, and optimization techniques. Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new opportunities and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
