Last year, 1 in 10 teens attempted suicide. At the heart of this crisis is a severe lack of access to quality, affordable care. When kids can't get help, problems compound and preventable tragedies follow. Marble partners directly with school counselors to get students into care quickly by connecting them to licensed therapists through the insurance coverage they already have, with no waitlists. We're an early-stage, fast-moving team. The people who join now will shape how we build and what we build. About the Role As we grow into new states and deepen existing partnerships, the quality of our school success function becomes a direct driver of how many students get care. This role is about building the operating system behind that function — the playbooks, dashboards, tooling, and rhythms that help our Success team drive consistent engagement and referral growth across every school we partner with. You'll sit at the intersection of Operations, Growth, Data Analytics, and Customer Experience, working closely with leadership to define the ideal counselor journey and make it repeatable. You'll run experiments to identify what drives growth with our partner schools, turning ambiguous questions into hypotheses, tests, and scaled learnings. You'll make the team meaningfully more data-driven by improving how we track account health, engagement, risks, and opportunities. Within 12 months, Marble will have a scalable counselor journey, proven Success playbooks, transparent dashboards that support data-driven decisions at every level, and a repeatable experimentation engine that continuously improves performance. You'll have built that. What You'll Do Build the School Success playbook and operationalize the counselor journey from launch through activation, engagement, referral growth, and retention into templates, touchpoints, and routines the team can execute consistently Create the data-driven foundation and ensure the right tooling, metrics, and dashboards exist to make performance and account health visible and actionable for CSMs, managers, and leadership Design, run, and scale referral growth experiments across different school contexts Improve cross-functional execution by clarifying handoffs and reducing operational gaps across Success, Growth, Sales, Product, Ops, and Clinical Stay close to counselors and CSMs, synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs, and ship practical workflows and process improvements Who You Are 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally including a combination of top-tier consulting and early-stage BizOps, GTM Ops, or startup experience; background in Sales, Customer Success, or Growth is a plus Track record of building 0-to-1 operating systems including playbooks, dashboards, pilots, or operating cadences built from scratch in a startup environment Strong analytical skills and metrics-driven thinking — you use data to diagnose performance, identify risks and opportunities, and inform decisions Able to own ambiguous workstreams end-to-end and translate goals into execution through experimentation, clear communication, and iteration Operationally excellent — clear communicator with a logical mind who gets things done and takes full ownership of outcomes Thrives in ambiguity, spots non-obvious patterns, and drives quickly to root causes and action Mission-driven and energized by improving access to mental health care for kids Why Marble Direct impact on kids' mental health access — this work is meaningful Greenfield opportunity to build something from the ground up, with leadership support and a clear growth path Small, experienced team that moves fast and takes the work seriously Competitive compensation, benefits, and equity Compensation Marble offers competitive compensation for a founding team member taking on a high-ownership, high-impact role. Compensation includes a base salary, equity, and full benefits.
