•Description•As Manager of Global Consumer Marketing, you will support the execution of integrated global marketing strategy across paid media, go-to-market, paid global influencer partnerships, and cross-functional coordination for
TOM FORD BEAUTY.
You will play an integral role in our big bet product launches for fragrance & cosmetics, manage ongoing global media agency partnerships, and collaborate closely with our global social team, comms, product teams, retail & online, and each region's marketing leadership to drive cohesive activation across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Performance & Paid Media Management + Partner with the Executive Director to manage the ongoing global media agency partnership, supporting strategic & operational alignment across markets. + Support coordination and execution of global paid KOL partnership programs and owned content frameworks, including briefing, asset development, cross-market rollout, and performance tracking to ensure consistent application across regions. + Collaborate with global creative and regional media partners to brief campaigns and review creative assets. + Synthesize media performance across markets into global insights for leadership and agency partners Global Campaign Execution & Go-to-Market Support + Support the development of global go-to-market plans for hero product launches, seasonal campaigns, and new category entries with product marketing teams. + Assist in the creation of global toolkits and ensure seamless localization for priority markets. + Serve as a liaison between Global Brand, Creative, Online, Social and Regional Marketing teams to ensure alignment. + Support campaign phasing, asset timing, and investment planning across all regions. Analytics & Competitive Monitoring + Conduct competitive audits and consumer trend analysis across key markets to inform campaign strategy. + Monitor brand sentiment and consumer feedback across channels and geographies. + Lead AI optimization & monitoring platforms with Online team Social & Communications Partnership + Collaborate closely with Global Social Director to monitor social conversation and engagement metrics to inform campaign optimization. + Partner closely with Global Communications and PR teams to align messaging across paid, earned, and owned channels. + Support integration of runway and brand event content into broader campaign narratives. •Qualifications•+ 3-5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within global beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands. + Experience in or strong familiarity with integrated marketing across paid, earned, and owned channels. + Strong project management and organizational skills with experience in cross-market coordination. + Familiarity with paid media, digital marketing tools, and omnichannel campaign execution. + Experience partnering with PR or Communications teams to deliver integrated brand storytelling. + Analytical mindset with comfort in interpreting data and consumer insights across markets. + Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across cultures and seniority levels. + Passion for luxury, beauty, and global consumer culture.
