Job Description

Cassidy is a no-code platform that lets businesses build AI assistants to automate complex, multi-step workflows using their company's tools, knowledge, and processes. Our platform connects with Slack, Notion, Zendesk and more, and turns messy, manual work into intelligent systems powered by LLMs. We've just closed our Series A and are building a world-class team to define the future of AI in the workplace. About the Role We're looking for a Growth & Product Marketing Manager to own how Cassidy is positioned and discovered. You'll craft the story, bring new features to market, run demand gen campaigns, and equip our sales team with everything they need to close. This is a hands-on, full-stack marketing role. You'll write copy, design campaigns, coordinate product launches, run paid experiments, build sales decks, and drive pipeline. You'll report to the CEO and collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Founders. What You'll Do 🧠 Positioning, Messaging & Differentiation Develop clear, compelling messaging that communicates Cassidy's value and differentiation Create foundational assets: website copy, product one-pagers, demo scripts, battle cards, and pitch decks Conduct lightweight user research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and GTM strategy Collaborate with Product to shape how we talk about new features and capabilities 🚀 Campaigns, Demand Gen & Website Strategy Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness and generate leads Run experiments across paid channels, email, and landing pages to grow top-of-funnel Own and evolve our website as a key conversion engine—optimize messaging, flows, and SEO Track campaign performance and iterate quickly based on what's working 🛠 Product Launches & Enablement Own the end-to-end GTM motion for product launches, from beta to public release Coordinate across Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure smooth rollout and adoption Build launch briefs, email sequences, FAQs, and enablement materials Train internal teams on what's launching and how to position it 📈 Sales Support & Customer Stories Create collateral to support sales conversations: decks, ROI tools, use case libraries, etc. Transform success stories into case studies and examples that make Cassidy easier to understand and buy Partner with the Sales team to refine ICP definitions, messaging by persona, and objection handling You Might Be a Fit If You… Have 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or full-stack B2B marketing Have launched SaaS products and driven pipeline through campaigns, messaging, and content Are a strong writer who can make complex ideas simple and compelling Love operating across strategy and execution—you're equally excited about copywriting and conversion rates Think in systems: you build repeatable assets and frameworks, not just one-offs Are curious about AI and how it changes the way work gets done Thrive in fast-paced, high-trust environments with lots of ownership Are based in NYC or open to relocating (we're in-office 4-5 days/week) Why Join Cassidy? Competitive compensation (base + equity) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Unlimited PTO with a culture of high autonomy and high impact Work at the forefront of AI adoption and enterprise automation Help define how the next wave of companies adopt and scale AI
