About The Role monday.com is looking to hire a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead partner marketing efforts in North America. This is a high impact opportunity that combines strategy, program management, execution and analytical insights. As part of our growing partner marketing team, this role will have a pivotal impact on the region's go-to-market strategies and will be in charge of building and executing the partner-led marketing plan in alignment with revenue targets. What You'll Do Develop and execute the partner marketing strategy for NAM Region, with a focus on driving partner pipeline and revenue through key partners including Solution Partners and Reseller partners. Manage regional partner budget & MDF allocation with a focus on delivering pipeline Plan with strategic channel partners their marketing GTM, review and approve proposal NAM plans from all partners in the region Strategic and tactical execution of in-person events, conference sponsorships, partner webinars, customer marketing, and outbound programs with partners Lead NAM's partner-led event strategy and execution in collaboration with the partnership, design, field, and event production teams Act as the primary marketing contact across the entire NAM partner ecosystem, with the ability to prioritise partners based on revenue potential Identify opportunities to include partners in regional marketing-led initiatives such as campaigns and events. Ensure proper tracking, reporting, and analysis of all partner marketing activities. Experience using data and metrics to drive efficiencies and improvements Requirements 4+ years of experience in partner marketing Deep understanding of NAM market Marketing event management experience is an advantage Budget management experience/MDF Program management experience Both high-level strategic thinking alongside hands-on requirements and skills. Compensation Range:
$130K - $160K
