The Senior Director, Private Wealth Solutions Marketing leads the strategy and execution of targeted, data-driven marketing initiatives to accelerate growth across the global private wealth channel. This role is responsible for deepening engagement with financial intermediaries and end investors—including RIAs, wirehouses/private banks, independent broker-dealers, family offices, consultants, andHNW/UHNW
individuals—through highly personalized, insight-led programs. This leader will drive a globally coordinated, programmatic approach to marketing—elevating the firm's positioning across a multi-asset platform (real estate, credit, infrastructure, and alternatives), enabling capital raising efforts, and enhancing advisor and client experience across the full lifecycle. Working in close partnership with Capital Markets, Product, Sales, and Communications, the role ensures marketing is directly aligned to distribution priorities, from priority account coverage and pipeline development through conversion, retention, and revenue outcomes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Private Wealth Marketing Strategy & Distribution Alignment Define and execute a global private wealth marketing strategy aligned with firmwide growth priorities and distribution coverage models (RIAs, wirehouses/private banks, independent BD, family offices, consultants) Align marketing to priority accounts, coverage tiers, and regional sales strategies to directly support pipeline generation and revenue growth Lead the development of scalable, segment-specific engagement strategies across key intermediary channels and investor segments Design and implement sophisticated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting high-value prospects, key accounts, and strategic distribution partners Optimize the end-to-end marketing funnel using CRM and marketing automation platforms to drive measurable engagement, pipeline velocity, and conversion AI-Driven Marketing & Modern Infrastructure Own the development and deployment of AI-driven personalization strategies across channels to enhance advisor and investor engagement Leverage predictive analytics to identify high-propensity prospects, optimize targeting, and inform campaign strategy Advance next-generation marketing infrastructure, including CRM, marketing automation, and data integration, to enable scalable, insight-driven execution Partner with data, technology, and digital teams to build a modern marketing ecosystem that supports real-time decisioning and performance optimization Content, Narrative & Integrated Campaigns Oversee the development of high-impact, investor-facing content tailored to private wealth audiences (presentations, thought leadership, digital assets) Strengthen the firm's private wealth narrative beyond real estate to reflect a differentiated multi-asset platform spanning credit, infrastructure, and alternatives Translate complex investment strategies into clear, compelling value propositions for advisors andHNW/UHNW
investors Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital, events, and direct marketing to drive awareness, engagement, and demand Partner with Global Communications, Integrated Campaigns, Editorial, and Digital to ensure consistency in messaging, brand, and voice Business Development Enablement Lead global marketing support for capital raising efforts across private wealth and broader investor segments Oversee the development of differentiated, insight-led pitch materials and pursuit strategies aligned to priority accounts and opportunities Partner closely with Capital Markets and senior investment leaders to align marketing with pipeline priorities and revenue objectives Deliver market intelligence, competitive insights, and investor trends to strengthen positioning in live opportunities Support Tier 1 investor and advisor engagement strategies through coordinated, programmatic marketing Events & Experience Marketing Shape and execute a strategic events program targeting private wealth clients, advisors, and prospects Ensure private wealth event content applies firmwide messaging to effectively position products and solutions for target audiences Ensure events—hosted and third-party—are fully integrated into broader marketing, advisor engagement, and business development strategies Drive measurable ROI, pipeline impact, and post-event engagement through targeted follow-up and content activation Data, Insights & Performance Optimization Define and track KPIs across engagement, pipeline development, conversion, and revenue contribution Leverage advanced analytics to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and channel strategy Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and evolving advisor/investor preferences to inform strategyQualifications:
Minimum Requirements include: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred 12+ years of experience in financial services or asset management marketing, with a focus on private wealth orHNW/UHNW
segments Demonstrated success aligning marketing with distribution teams and driving pipeline and revenue outcomes Deep expertise inABM, CRM
platforms (e.g., Salesforce), AI-driven marketing tools, and digital marketing ecosystems Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations within private wealth marketing Strategic and commercially minded, with a strong orientation toward distribution and revenue outcomes Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment with evolving priorities Change agent with a track record of building scalable, modern, and technology-enabled marketing capabilities Collaborative leader who builds strong partnerships across distribution, investment, and functional teams Data-driven decision maker with a focus on measurable business impactCompensation:
