As we continue to grow and strengthen our customer relationships, we are seeking an experienced, creative, and driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department and help elevate our brand. A-Verdi is a family-owned company with over 40 years of success providing storage containers, office trailers, and related solutions throughout New York State. We proudly serve a diverse customer base including contractors, homeowners, municipalities, small businesses, and Fortune 500 companies. Position Overview We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, improve customer engagement, generate leads, and support company growth. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, creative thinker, organized leader, and team-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience or knowledge of HubSpot would be preferred.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies that support company growth and customer engagement Create and oversee compelling content across digital, print, email campaigns, social media, and website platforms Ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, vendors, and community organizations Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support business development initiatives Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement Manage marketing calendars, campaigns, budgets, and project timelines Identify and implement new marketing technologies, AI tools, and communication platforms Support company events, promotions, and customer outreach initiatives Drive lead generation efforts through an omni-channel marketing approach Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in marketing, communications, or brand management Leadership or management experience preferred Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Experience with SEO, website development, digital marketing, social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
