As part of the VIP Structures family of companies, IPD Engineering partners closely with architects, owners, developers, and construction professionals to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that support the successful design and execution of complex projects. To support the firm's continued growth and market presence, IPD Engineering is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead proposal and pursuit efforts, manage marketing content and resources, and support business development initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is responsible for developing high-quality marketing and pursuit materials, maintaining critical marketing systems and databases, and strengthening the firm's visibility and relationships within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industry. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in positioning IPD Engineering for new opportunities while ensuring the firm presents a consistent, professional, and compelling brand in the marketplace.
Essential Functions:
Interact with Team Leaders to pursue projects and build project content. Lead and manage the proposal process from opportunity identification through submission. Develop, edit, and maintain proposals, qualifications packages, project profiles, and other marketing materials. Assist with maintaining & enhancing the company brand Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality control across all pursuit and marketing documents. Maintain and organize the proposal content library, project database, and marketing resources. Support business development efforts through client, project, and market research. Build and maintain relationships with architecture firm marketing teams and industry partners to increase participation in collaborative pursuits. Coordinate engineering marketing initiatives, website updates, digital communications, and brand messaging. Help maintain CRM system Assist with project interview preparations including presentation development and coordinating marketing materials for presentations. Support industry events, networking opportunities, and client engagement activities. Track proposals and pursuit results and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and success rates. Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing, proposal management, business development support, or a related role. Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industry preferred. Exceptional writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to meet quick turnaround times and manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CRM systems, and website content management platforms preferred. Demonstrated ability to build relationships, collaborate across teams, and support strategic business objectives. Pay:
