About Us We are a premier plastic surgery, dermatology, and med spa practice led by an award-winning, renowned plastic surgeon. With state-of-the-art facilities and a reputation for excellence, we provide patients with innovative surgical and non-surgical treatments in a luxury setting. Position Overview We are seeking a creative, driven, and results-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in the development and execution of marketing strategies to grow and enhance brand awareness, patient acquisition, patient engagement and retention. This individual will contribute to digital and traditional marketing initiatives, support the practice's online presence, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality messaging that reflects the prestige of our brand. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage marketing campaigns for surgical, dermatology, and medspa services for social media exposure on Instagram, FB, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. Coordinate content for social media to expand to email campaigns, direct mail, and press releases. Contribute to digital advertising strategies to maximize online visibility and patient leads. Coordinate photo/video shoots, patient testimonials, and promotional events. Collaborate with leadership to design seasonal specials, event promotions, and new service launches. Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed. Maintain relationships with media, community organizations, and referral partners. Ensure all marketing aligns with the practice's luxury aesthetic and brand voice. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3+ years of social media marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, or luxury services. Strong understanding of all digital marketing platforms and analytics. Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills. Experience posting on multiple social media accounts consistently. Highly organized, strong work ethic and detail focused project management skills. Creative eye for branding, design, and luxury consumer experience.
