We are looking for a powerhouse Digital Marketing Manager who lives and breathes modern multi-channel marketing, combines creative storytelling with data-driven performance, and knows how to scale a brand in today's digital landscape. Position Summary This is not a traditional corporate "strategy-only" role. We are seeking a versatile, high-energy Digital Marketing Manager who can build high-converting PPC campaigns in the morning, shoot and edit a viral TikTok/Reel in the afternoon, and refine a website landing page layout before clocking out. You must possess a deep understanding of current, fast-moving digital algorithms and have at least 5 years of proven experience running modern campaigns that drive B2B and B2C sales. If you are a hybrid marketer who loves technical industries, handles creative production effortlessly, and knows how to make complex products look visually striking, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Social Media & Content Growth:
Direct and execute organic and paid content strategies across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube . You must understand modern vertical-video pacing, trending hooks, and how to build community engagement around mechanical/automotive products. Paid Acquisition (PPC & Analytics): Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Search/Performance Max) and Meta Ads budgets. Track ROAS, manage cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and continuously A/B test ad creatives. Graphic Design & Creative Assets:
Act as the lead creator for product promotional launches. Build high-end promotional graphics, catalog assets, and distributor flyers using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop . Video Production:
Own the video pipeline. Direct, shoot, and execute crisp product demonstrations, troubleshooting guides, and promotional shorts using modern video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut). Web Management & Conversion Optimization:
Oversee company website assets, optimize UI/UX layouts for seamless navigation, and build high-converting landing pages. Email & Lifecycle Marketing:
Design and automate segmented email campaigns (newsletters, promotional scheduling, product announcements, and customer loyalty flows). Required Qualifications & Technical Skills Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated professional experience in digital marketing (with a strong portfolio reflecting recent campaigns). Multimedia Suite:
Complete fluency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator . Video Editing:
Strong, native-level skill in video editing for short-form (TikTok/Reels) and long-form (YouTube/Webinars) content. Ad Platforms:
Hands-on mastery of Google PPC, Meta Business Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager. Email Systems:
Experience with B2B/B2C automated email deployment systems (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar). Preferred "Plus" Qualifications Web Design Background:
Formal background or deep practical experience in UX/UI web design layout. Software Programming / Development:
Basic to intermediate knowledge of coding web languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or custom CMS frameworks) to tweak landing pages or integrate custom tracking pixels without needing an outside agency. Industry Passion:
Familiarity with the automotive aftermarket, tools, commercial trucks, or heavy machinery is a massive advantage. Pay:
