BrandRank.

AI helps the world's top global brands win in this new environment. Our SaaS platform tracks every major AI answer engine to uncover brand vulnerabilities, surface purchase-driving insights, ensure content is AI-ready, and rigorously measure claims and instructional accuracy. We call this the Answer Economy —and we're not just naming the category, we're building it. Gartner has named BrandRank.

AI in its first-ever Market Guide for answer engine visibility tools. Our clients include some of the world's most recognized consumer brands. And this fall, our CEO's book
The Answer Economy:
How AI Agents Will Decide Your Brand's Future (Wiley, September 2026) arrives—already sparking C-suite and boardroom conversations, and one of several major moments this role will bring to market. We're looking for a Marketing Manager & Content Lead to be the operational and creative engine behind it all. Why This Role Is Different Most marketing roles hand you a category that already exists. This one asks you to help create one. You'll work directly with CEO Pete Blackshaw—former P&G digital pioneer, Nestlé Global Head of Digital, serial entrepreneur, and author of The Answer Economy —to transform a constant flow of raw material into market momentum: proprietary research, client insights, keynotes, podcasts, partnerships, and boardroom conversations. The operating model is simple and measurable: Research → Content → Distribution → Demand → Pipeline Thought leadership here isn't separate from demand generation. It is the demand engine. Every index we publish, every keynote we deliver, every vulnerability we uncover should attract attention, start sales conversations, and build pipeline. Your job is to make that machine run. What You'll Actually Work On The always-on growth engine. Own the systems, calendar, and execution that keep BrandRank.

AI visible and generating demand every week—across content, website, social, email, paid amplification, events, and sales enablement. Proprietary research drops. Turn Answer Share indexes, industry barometers, vulnerability analyses, and sector scorecards into reports, dashboards, press moments, webinars, and sales tools. A national book launch. Help build the September 2026 launch campaign for The Answer Economy —events, media, executive summits, content series, and lead-generation programs—and convert its executive audience into business opportunities. Executive thought leadership. Serve as the CEO's primary content partner, transforming keynotes, columns, podcasts, and market observations into LinkedIn content, newsletters, presentations, and campaigns that reach senior brand decision-makers. Partnership marketing. Amplify strategic partnerships and joint offerings with major research and industry players. Key ResponsibilitiesContent, Thought Leadership & Research Activation Own the content calendar and editorial engine: blogs, newsletters, LinkedIn, reports, white papers, customer stories, and executive communications. Partner directly with the CEO to convert ideas, keynotes, research, and customer conversations into high-impact content—fast. Translate platform insights, AI audits, and proprietary research into executive-ready reports, visualizations, briefings, and media-worthy stories. Support media outreach, analyst relations, podcasts, awards, and speaking opportunities that expand BrandRank.

AI's visibility and credibility. Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth Build and execute programs that generate awareness, qualified leads, and pipeline—through webinars, events, research launches, and partnerships. Activate paid media as appropriate (LinkedIn campaigns, sponsored content, retargeting, event promotion) with clear ROI discipline.
Actively support the sales pipeline:
identify, nurture, and advance prospects through targeted campaigns, follow-up content, and account-based plays. Develop presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and prospect-facing materials with sales leadership—often on tight timelines tied to live deals. Operate as one growth engine with sales—shared pipeline goals, with performance tracked and optimized across organic and paid channels. Marketing Operations, Website & Brand Drive execution of the marketing roadmap; coordinate stakeholders to ship on time and at a high standard. Own website content and keep messaging sharp, differentiated, and consistent—including how BrandRank.

AI itself shows up in AI search. Yes, we eat our own cooking. Produce polished presentations, social graphics, event materials, and sales collateral in Canva and modern design tools. Build repeatable, AI-accelerated workflows that make the marketing engine faster and more scalable. Who You AreRequired 4-8 years in content marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or communications, with demonstrated results generating leads and growth. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling. You can move from a LinkedIn post to a white paper to a board-ready deck without losing the thread.
Strong project management:
you run a calendar, juggle stakeholders, and ship consistently. Experience supporting executive thought leadership and working directly with founders or senior leaders. Fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Midjourney, NotebookLM—and whatever launches next month) as genuine force multipliers, not novelties. Strong Canva and presentation-development skills. Comfort in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments. Preferred B2B SaaS, AI, analytics, MarTech, insights, or agency experience. Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress/Webflow, CRM, and marketing automation. Experience managing paid media campaigns with budget accountability. Working knowledge of SEO and Answer Engine Optimization—or the curiosity to become an expert quickly. Basic video editing or multimedia content creation skills—or the appetite to develop them quickly. The Ideal Candidate A builder who creates structure where little exists. Strategic enough to see the big picture; hands-on enough to ship it. Naturally curious about AI, media, brands, and how executive buyers decide. Organized, accountable, self-directed—and energized, not exhausted, by ambiguity. Success in the First Year By the end of year one, you will have helped: Build a content and thought-leadership engine that reaches senior decision-makers every week. Support the launch of The Answer Economy and convert its visibility into measurable business opportunities. Lead a repositioning of the BrandRank.

AI website—sharper messaging, stronger conversion, and a powerful presence in both traditional and AI search. Expand BrandRank.
