We are seeking an Admissions and Marketing Director to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) who thrives on building relationships and driving census growth.
Qualifications:
Established professional contacts with area physicians, hospitals, and healthcare professionals. Proven experience in admissions within a healthcare setting, specifically LTC or SNF. Strong leadership, communication, and sales/marketing skills. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
Represent the facility within the healthcare community to promote services and strengthen partnerships. Drive census growth through strategic outreach and relationship building. Manage the admissions process, ensuring accuracy and a positive experience for residents and families. Conduct tours and collaborate with the Admissions Coordinator to convert inquiries into move-ins. Handle referrals efficiently and maintain strong follow-up practices. Participate in community engagement and outreach initiatives. Assist in developing and executing quarterly and annual marketing plans.
Experience Required:
Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare setting. Experience in LTC or SNF required (candidates without this experience will not be considered).
