Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to foster strong community relationships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, sales, and product development to ensure consistent branding across all channels. Monitor web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies. Oversee public relations efforts by managing media relationships and crafting press releases that promote company initiatives. Lead creative projects involving graphic design, video editing, photography, and branding efforts to produce visually compelling marketing materials. Qualifications Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere Pro for video editing), and graphic design principles. Familiarity with social listening tools and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making. Hands-on experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and monitoring content. Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research strategies, and e-commerce platforms is highly desirable. Strong understanding of social media marketing trends, branding principles, public relations practices, and relationship management skills. Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure accuracy across all content outputs.
