  • Full-time Ability Chiro | Brain Balance Multi-Location Health & Wellness Organization We are seeking a high-level Performance Marketing Manager to help drive the next phase of our organization's growth in both our Ability Chiropractic and Brain Balance operations.
This is a hands-on, performance-driven marketing role focused on patient acquisition, paid advertising performance, conversion optimization, and scalable lead generation systems. We are not looking for someone who simply creates content or manages social media posts. We are looking for a highly analytical growth marketer who understands how to generate measurable business results through: Meta Ads Google Ads conversion optimization funnel strategy retargeting CRM automation and performance marketing systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, testing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns directly; not just overseeing strategy from a distance. Our organization is deeply rooted in: health optimization holistic wellness leadership and community impact We are building something meaningful and want a marketing leader who can help scale that mission through measurable, data-driven growth. Core Responsibilities Paid Advertising & Patient Acquisition Build, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across: Google Ads Meta (Facebook/Instagram) YouTube Own patient acquisition performance across all clinic locations Monitor and optimize: CPL (cost per lead) CAC (customer acquisition cost) ROAS conversion rates booked appointment rates lead quality Develop and execute: retargeting campaigns nurture campaigns funnel optimization strategies audience testing landing page testing Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency and lead quality Conversion Optimization & Systems Improve conversion rates across all digital touchpoints
Optimize:
landing pages booking funnels lead forms SMS/email automations follow-up systems Build scalable lead generation systems that consistently drive booked appointments Improve attribution and tracking systems Create dashboards and reporting systems for leadership visibility Analytics & Reporting Track and report on: lead generation ROI booked appointments conversion rates clinic-specific performance Translate campaign data into actionable growth strategies Analyze trends, identify inefficiencies, and make optimization decisions independently Establish KPI benchmarks and growth forecasts Brand Strategy & Messaging While this role is heavily performance-focused, we also want someone who understands strategic brand positioning and messaging. You do not need to personally create all content, but you should understand: consumer psychology offer positioning messaging strategy direct-response copy principles and how storytelling supports conversion performance You will help guide and optimize messaging strategy across: ads landing pages email campaigns social campaigns and patient education initiatives Team Collaboration & Leadership Collaborate closely with leadership and operations teams Help create a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement Support and guide internal marketing team members and external vendors when needed What Success Looks Like Within the first 3-6 months, this person will help: increase new patient acquisition improve marketing ROI lower acquisition costs improve funnel conversion rates create scalable lead generation systems and strengthen Ability Chiro's digital presence across all locations This Role Is NOT a social media content creator role a branding-only position an influencer marketing role a "just post content" marketing job We are specifically seeking a performance marketer with strong experience managing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns and lead generation systems.
The ideal candidate is:
analytical execution-oriented conversion-focused data-driven and comfortable making optimization decisions daily inside advertising platforms and reporting dashboards. Required Experience Hands-on digital marketing and paid media experience and a proven success managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns inside: Meta Ads Manager Google Ads Google Analytics CRM/reporting systems Experience with: lead generation funnels attribution tracking conversion optimization A/B testing retargeting systems email/SMS automation Ability to independently interpret data and make optimization decisions Experience managing multiple campaigns and marketing channels simultaneously Bonus Experience Healthcare, wellness, chiropractic, fitness, or lifestyle brand marketing Multi-location business marketing GoHighLevel/ CRM automation platforms SEO AI-assisted marketing workflows and automation systems Experience improving booked appointment conversion rates
