Social Media Manager Ten Arrows Contracting - Blanchard, OK Full-Time | Competitive Pay Based on Experience About Us Ten Arrows Contracting is a growing dirt work and civil construction company specializing in site preparation, excavation, grading, oilfield construction, and earthmoving projects throughout Oklahoma. We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to help showcase our work, people, equipment, and company culture. Position Overview The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing all company social media platforms, creating engaging content, and growing our online presence. This role will focus heavily on short-form video content, jobsite photography, reels, and consistent weekly posting. Responsibilities Manage all company social media accounts Create and edit professional reels and short-form videos Capture high-quality jobsite photos and videos Develop weekly content calendars and posting schedules Post content consistently across platforms Highlight projects, equipment, employees, safety initiatives, and company culture Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages Coordinate with management to promote company events, hiring opportunities, and completed projects Stay current with social media trends and best practices Maintain a professional brand image across all platforms Qualifications Experience managing business social media accounts Strong video editing and content creation skills Knowledge of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn Ability to create professional, engaging content Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing software Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Construction, excavation, or heavy equipment industry experience is a plus What We're Looking For Someone who can tell the story of our projects from start to finish A creative individual who can turn everyday jobsite activities into engaging content A professional who understands branding and consistency Someone excited about showcasing heavy equipment, dirt work operations, and the people behind the work Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid holidays PTO Opportunities for growth and advancement Work with a fast-growing company making an impact across Oklahoma Offers health insurance, vision, and dental.
