As one of the fastest-growing cannabis retailers in the country, we're looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Marketing Operations Manager to help keep our marketing department running efficiently across multiple states and store locations. This is not a traditional creative marketing role. We're looking for someone who thrives in project management, operational execution, cross-functional coordination, and keeping teams aligned on priorities. You'll serve as the operational hub of the marketing department—ensuring campaigns, promotions, store events, product launches, and vendor activations are executed accurately and on time. What You'll DoProject & Workflow Management Manage the day-to-day workflow of marketing projects across multiple states and store locations Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming marketing requests Prioritize projects based on business impact, deadlines, and available resources Track deliverables and ensure projects stay on schedule Improve planning processes and reduce last-minute requests Campaign Execution Coordinate and oversee retail promotions, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives Ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time across all markets Manage approvals, timelines, and communication between departments Support stores with the tools and information needed to successfully execute promotions Events & Vendor Partnerships Coordinate vendor activations, pop-ups, sponsorships, grand openings, and store events Work directly with vendors and partners to maximize participation and promotional opportunities Ensure event logistics are organized and executed efficiently Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Purchasing, Operations, Leadership, and Store Teams Align marketing efforts with product priorities and inventory needs Support new store openings and expansion initiatives Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, printers, and vendors Process Improvement & Reporting Build and maintain marketing calendars, workflows, and planning tools Develop SOPs and scalable processes Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions Provide leadership visibility into project progress, priorities, and deadlines What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications 4+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, project management, retail marketing, or campaign execution 2+ years managing cross-functional projects and competing priorities Experience supporting multi-location retail, hospitality, cannabis, franchise, or other fast-paced consumer-facing businesses Strong experience with project management platforms (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, etc.) Exceptional organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and maintain accountability across teams Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed Must be 21 years of age or older and meet all state cannabis employment requirements Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field Experience managing promotional calendars, events, and vendor relationships Experience in highly regulated industries Success in This Role Looks Like Projects are delivered on time and with minimal follow-up Marketing initiatives are organized, planned, and executed consistently Stores receive clear communication and support for promotions Teams stay aligned on priorities and deadlines Processes become more scalable as Mango continues to grow Why Join Mango?
