As the Marketing Manager for Retail & Consumer Goods / Products, you will play a defining role in how Avanade shows up in market. What You'll Do Industry & Market Leadership Lead the design and execution of integrated marketing strategies for Retail, Consumer Goods, and Products across US and Canada, supporting Avanade's Mid-Market clients. Partner with industry subject matter experts, sales, and market leadership to align marketing programs with growth priorities, pipeline needs, and client agendas. Build and activate marketing plans that strengthen Avanade's industry positioning, support deal origination, and enhance market perception. Campaigns, Content & Thought Leadership Develop industry-relevant content, experiences, and campaigns that demonstrate Avanade's depth, differentiation, and impact across the Retail and Consumer Goods landscape. Activate marketing programs supporting priority clients, new prospective accounts, and growth initiatives. Translate complex industry, technology, and transformation narratives into clear, compelling messaging for senior industry buyers. AI-Enabled, Insight-Led Marketing Champion AI-powered marketing-actively using and experimenting with AI tools to improve how marketing is planned, produced, and optimized. Apply AI to accelerate content creation, enhance personalization, surface insights, and improve marketing effectiveness at scale. Leverage platforms such as Accenture SynOps, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and advanced martech to identify opportunities and make smarter, faster decisions. Insights, Analytics & Performance Lead audience and buyer research to understand evolving Retail and Consumer Goods priorities, challenges, and purchasing behaviors. Define success metrics and measure marketing performance against agreed KPIs. Use data, analytics, and rapid experimentation to continuously refine campaigns and demonstrate clear business impact. Collaboration & Stakeholder Influence Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across a complex, matrixed global organization. Act as a connector across industry, marketing, and sales teams-driving alignment, momentum, and shared outcomes. Operate with confidence, clarity, and credibility at the most senior levels.
