Strong interest in supporting CHA's commitment to equity and engagement within our community through staff development, within our office culture and work is a priority. Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Architecture / Engineering (A/E) design firms, with knowledge of our market, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Includes experience and appreciation of the architectural design community and profession. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. Excellent writing and editing skills, with ability to review and edit technical staff writing. Demonstrated visual communication skills through graphic design and layout. Experience with Architectural/Engineering (A/E) Request for Proposal (RFP) process. Experience developing and managing workplans, with attention to detail and organization. Experience developing and maintaining original content and graphics in support of collateral, proposals, web, and social media. Strong verbal communication skills. Ability to think strategically and work within a team structure with diverse points of view. Preferences Graphic design experience. Experience in multifamily housing, multi-use, commercial and/or public/governmental project types. Involvement with related professional organizations (i.e., SMPS). A "hands-on" attitude with interest in building the marketing department. Responsibilities Track project opportunities. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new growth opportunities. Manage all public relations, including press releases, firm website, and social media accounts. Lead proposal process including layout, content writing, graphic design, strategy, consultant coordination and internal team management. Develop and edit technical writing for proposals, blogs, and related written material. Track and prepare award submittals. Manage firm sponsorships and support for non-profit clients. Research, track, and coordinate scheduling of staff for client events. Maintain marketing library including project photography, resumes, and project data sheets. Coordinate and attend project photography efforts. Assist the firm's management team as needed in the general administration of firm activities, such as regular staff meetings, event coordination and outreach activities. Develop marketing plans for key staff to participate in community and industry activities, public speaking, and professional conferences. Prepare annual marketing plan and office marketing budget, maintaining and monitoring both plan and budget.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
