We are currently seeking a resourceful, Digital Marketing Manager who loves people and is excited to join our team and help us create even better relationships and engagement with our partners. A successful Digital Marketing manager at Integrated will be passionate, honest, expert, and excited to keep learning as the marketing, staffing, and healthcare fields evolve. The right candidate will be able to work independently and in a team environment. Proven success in digital marketing and strong collaboration, communication, and a desire to educate are essential.
Responsibilities:
  • In partnership with the executive team, develop and execute the brand strategy and annual marketing plan.
  • Share the latest developments in digital marketing with the executive team, including strong recommendations for testing or adoption.
  • Measure and optimize marketing results and recommend adjustments to the plan based on what's working, both in real-time and at regular reporting intervals throughout the year.
  • Support the creation of exceptional and engaging experiences with the Integrated brand for clinician partners and facility partners, based on a deep understanding of their customer journeys.
  • Ensure all Integrated marketing communications, especially digital content and social media, remain relevant to our target customers and authentic to the Integrated brand.
  • Track KPIs and develop a dashboard to share with the senior leadership team monthly. Include internal company system data, Google Analytics data, and social media business manager data.
  • Ensure the success of social media, our website, SEO, SEM, email, content marketing, and job board tactics by using scrappy, best-in-class approaches on a test, learn, and scale basis.
  • Establish meaningful baselines through A/B testing then set and share appropriate goals for each tactic.
  • Produce content and also know when to bring in creative support for video and content production.
  • Manage company social media accounts and calendars, website CMS and content calendar, email calendar, digital media calendar, and collective omnichannel customer-facing content calendar.
  • Manage vendors who support the company in web, social, video, and digital on a national brand basis.
  • Provide support to Integrated regional branches that hire vendors or freelancers for local activations.
  • Ensure full utilization and value of outside resources through careful selection, realizing truly inspiring content and activations.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all tactics, companywide in concert with brand guidelines. Serve as the internal marketing leader and train all employees to understand their role in creating and maintaining the Integrated Healthcare Staffing brand experience.
  • Oversee the shooting video and photos at company events for use in marketing.
  • Support successful analog marketing tactics.
  • Develop and manage future team members.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of five years of digital marketing experience, including personal ownership of an organization's social media, web, SEO, SEM, and email marketing efforts and results.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, in marketing or similar.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry preferred.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, Adobe CC, Google Analytics, Hootsuite or other social management tools, social media platforms, email and text tools, and other content creation methods and tools.
  • At least one year of experience with video production for social.
  • An impeccable public image, including on your personal social media.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, especially the ability to network and develop professional relationships.
  • A professional, courteous demeanor on the phone and in person.
  • Able to work at a desk on a computer for 8+ hours per day.
  • Able to travel occasionally to branch offices to support local marketing needs.
