Director of Marketing & Proposal Delivery McMillen, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated Director of Marketing & Proposal Delivery with a minimum of 15 years' experience. The Director of Marketing & Proposal Delivery is responsible for driving revenue growth by leading all marketing team members, supporting business development and client acquisition. This role oversees the end-to-end pursuit lifecycle-from engagement in the go/no-go decisions through proposal submission and interviews-ensuring compliant, compelling, and differentiated responses for opportunities. The position partners closely with Market Leads, Operations, and Discipline Leads, and technical staff to win work. This role is based in our Boise, Idaho office and requires regular on-site presence. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. Pursuit Strategy & Execution:
Leads the firm's pursuit marketing team across markets, geographies, and delivery methods. Oversees pursuit planning and ensures the win strategy is implemented, working with the Market Leads and marketing team members assigned to respective opportunities. Directs all RFQ, RFP, SOQ, and proposal efforts, ensuring compliance, quality, and on-time delivery. Ensures submission of project and people awards. Develops and manages pursuit schedules, responsibilities, and workflows. Facilitates storyboarding and proposal kickoffs with pursuit teams. Ensures proposals are tailored to client needs, project drivers, and evaluation criteria.
Team Leadership & Operations:
