Marketing Campaign Manager - Lifecycle Marketing Act-On Software - 3.4 Portland, OR Job Details Full-time $100,000 - $115,000 a year 15 hours ago Qualifications Brand storytelling Full Job Description Act-On is looking for a results-driven Marketing Campaign Manager to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for curating and managing high-impact email campaigns and engagement programs across the entire customer lifecycle, including prospect and customer nurture. The manager will leverage the Act-On marketing automation platform to develop, implement, and optimize campaigns that drive robust engagement, upsell, and advocacy. This role requires a deep understanding of the customer journey, excellent communication, cross-team collaboration, and a passion for data-driven optimization. This role will report to the Director of Demand Generation.
What You'll Be Doing:
Build and manage audience segmentation, nurture programs across customer lifecycle Develop and execute lifecycle progression strategies Build and manage customer onboarding, upsell and advocacy programs Co-manage marketing teams instance of Act-On platform Craft compelling messaging and offers aligned to target audience and branding Plan, promote and manage webinar and virtual event programs, including follow-up strategies Track and optimize campaign performance Build and manage landing pages, conversion flows, and campaign assets within WordPress and related web tools Use project management platforms to coordinate timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, and campaign execution across teams
Who You Are:
5+ years of marketing campaign management, lifecycle marketing, or related SaaS go-to-market experience. Experienced in both customer acquisition and customer retention/upsell strategy development and program management A proven track record of translating complex technical functionality into highly relevant, benefit-focused messaging architectures for mid-market and enterprise buyers. Demonstrated experience designing collaborative outbound/inbound programs with sales and BDR organizations. Strong project management and operational chops to manage multiple productized workflows with tight deadlines simultaneously. Exceptional written storytelling capabilities and analytical skills to assess solution performance against sourced-pipeline targets. Positive, high-energy, team-focused attitude. What You Need to

Marketing Automation platforms such as Act-On, Marketo, HubSpot, or Eloqua Salesforce—strong alignment on revenue attribution, lead management tracking, and sales analytics pipelines Email/Lifecycle Campaign strategy, including advanced segmentation and nurture methodologies. Compensation:
The anticipated compensation for this position will be $100,000 - $115,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on a combination of factors, including the selected candidate's skills, experience as well as internal and external equity.
