Marketing Campaign Manager - Lead Gen Act-On Software - 3.4 Portland, OR Job Details Full-time $100,000 - $115,000 a year 16 hours ago Qualifications Vendor relationship building Full Job Description Act-On is looking for a results-driven Marketing Campaign Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing integrated lead generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue impact across the buyer journey. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building multi-channel demand generation programs across paid media, email, webinars, events, web, syndication, and partner marketing channels. This person is highly analytical, execution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment where campaign performance and measurable business outcomes matter. This role reports to the Director of Demand Generation.
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop campaign strategies that drive awareness, engagement, MQLs, pipeline, and revenue growth Build, execute, and optimize integrated lead generation campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, and events Manage campaign execution from planning through launch, reporting, and optimization Craft compelling messaging and offers aligned to target audience and branding Track campaign performance and optimize channel mix, messaging, conversion rates, and ROI Build and manage landing pages, conversion flows, and campaign assets within WordPress and related web tools Manage relationships with external vendors, syndication providers, media partners, and event partners Build and manage audience segmentation, lifecycle nurtures, and automated campaign workflows Co-manage marketing teams instance of Act-On platform Use project management platforms to coordinate timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, and campaign execution across teams
Who You Are:
5+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign marketing, or integrated marketing within a B2B SaaS environment Proven success building and scaling multi-channel lead generation campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact Hands-on experience with paid media, webinars, email marketing, events, partner campaigns, syndication/PPL, and web conversion programs Experience building and optimizing landing pages and campaign experiences in WordPress or similar CMS platforms Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms Strong understanding of funnel optimization, lead lifecycle management, and marketing attribution Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills Positive, collaborative, and execution-focused attitude What You Need to

Marketing automation platforms such as Act-On, Marketo, HubSpot, or Eloqua Salesforce and marketing attribution/reporting best practices Paid media platforms including LinkedIn and Google Ads Email marketing, nurture strategy, segmentation, and conversion optimization Webinar and event marketing execution best practices WordPress or similar CMS experience About Act-On Act-On helps marketers orchestrate the full customer lifecycle — from first touch to long-term retention. Compensation:
The anticipated compensation for this position will be $100,000 - $115,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on a combination of factors, including the selected candidate's skills, experience as well as internal and external equity.
