Demonstrate leadership capabilities that inspire team engagement and drive results. Experience managing profit & loss statements with a focus on financial accountability. Supervising experience in business development or sales roles. Proven Project management, process improvement initiatives, and business development strategies skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships across diverse groups.
