Graboyes Windows & Doors is hiring a full-time Event Marketing Manager to build and lead our face-to-face lead generation efforts across the greater Philadelphia region. You'll own our presence at home shows, community events, fairs, and local activations — connecting directly with homeowners and generating qualified appointments on the spot. This is a field-based leadership role requiring weekend availability every week, a reliable vehicle, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends to recruit, train, and support a part-time event team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize and manage Graboyes' presence at local and regional events, including home shows, fairs, and community activations Recruit, train, and lead a team of part-time appointment setters Set weekly lead and performance goals, coach team members, and monitor key KPIs Provide on-site leadership every weekend to ensure strong execution and results in the field Track performance metrics: cost of marketing, set rate, hiring progress, and inventory needs Collaborate with leadership on scorecards, appointment quality, and departmental profitability Manage booth materials, displays, signage, and field inventory Conduct interviews and training sessions during weekday evenings as needed Participate in weekly leadership meetings and maintain strong communication with the office team
TERRITORY
Based out of our East Norriton Township office at 48 W Germantown Pike, supporting the greater Philadelphia region and surrounding markets. Candidates should be comfortable traveling throughout the territory and live within a reasonable commute of our office.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2 years of leadership, team management, or field management experience Strong communication, recruiting, coaching, and organizational skills Mandatory weekend availability year-round; comfortable with a non-traditional schedule including evenings Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Experience in event marketing, direct sales, canvassing, retail marketing, home shows, or home improvement strongly preferred Experience managing performance metrics, accountability systems, or budgets highly preferred

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
On-target earnings in first year: $100,000+ (base plus monthly bonus) Performance-based bonus tied to department revenue, profitability, and appointment quality Monthly car allowance: $500 Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and PTO iPad or laptop provided Ongoing professional development and coaching opportunities
SCHEDULE
Full-time. Weekend availability required every week. Evening and non-traditional hours required. Regular travel throughout the territory required.
ABOUT GRABOYES WINDOWS & DOORS
Graboyes Windows & Doors is building a face-to-face marketing department designed to create consistent, profitable growth through home shows, events, community engagement, and local activations. This role will be instrumental in helping us scale that effort with strong leadership and a focus on results.
