We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Non-Alcoholic Brand Manager to develop brands, grow supplier partnerships, increase market presence, and drive sales performance across our territory. What You'll Do:
Brand Development & Growth Lead the growth and positioning of INCO Beverage's non-alcoholic portfolio Identify emerging beverage trends and new product opportunities Develop and execute strategic brand initiatives that increase sales and market share Help shape the future direction of our expanding NA category Supplier & Market Management Build strong relationships with suppliers, retailers, and key accounts Coordinate new product launches from supplier presentation through market rollout Support chain programming, promotions, displays, and activation opportunities Collaborate with internal sales teams to drive execution and distribution growth Sales & Marketing Strategy Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and sales performance Utilize data-driven insights to improve ROI and overall brand performance Assist with social media, digital marketing, and consumer engagement initiatives Support B2B marketing strategies and customer-focused growth opportunities Operational & Business Support Manage promotional budgets and marketing investments responsibly Assist with forecasting, planning, and inventory coordination Maintain strong communication across suppliers, sales teams, and leadership Represent INCO Beverage professionally within the marketplace What We're Looking ForPreferred Experience Beverage industry experience strongly preferred Beer distribution, supplier, brewery, energy drink, beverage sales, or chain sales experience highly valued Experience in brand management, product marketing, category management, or supplier relations preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years experience in Sales, Beverage, Marketing, or Product Management Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Highly organized with strong strategic thinking abilities Experience analyzing sales trends and market data Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Experience with social media, digital marketing, or e-commerce platforms is a plus Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout territory as needed At INCO Beverage, relationships matter, ideas are valued, and innovation is encouraged.
