The Sr. Manager, Portfolio Marketing will serve as the strategic steward of Bonduelle's U.S. portfolio—building holistic brand plans that drive growth across Bonduelle, and private label businesses. This role bridges brand strategy, consumer insights, and commercial activation to ensure cohesive storytelling and profitable performance across all categories and channels. As a key member of the Marketing leadership team, this individual partners cross-functionally with Sales, Category Strategy, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and Innovation to bring the Bonduelle mission to life—making plant-rich eating accessible and inspiring for all. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the annual brand and portfolio planning process, aligning consumer, customer, and category insights into clear growth strategies. Drive strategic prioritization across brands to optimize investment, innovation, and communication. Partner with Category Strategy & Insights to identify whitespace opportunities and shape portfolio architecture. Collaborate with RGM and Sales to translate brand strategy into winning DSMP (Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising, Pricing) and promotional plans. Guide innovation and renovation initiatives, ensuring pipeline projects strengthen brand equity and deliver profitable growth. Develop and oversee marketing toolkits, packaging, and sell-in materials that align with retailer and consumer needs. Manage external agency partners to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that build awareness and conversion. Analyze brand health, category dynamics, and competitive performance to inform actionable recommendations. Partner with the Communications and Digital teams to amplify brand presence across owned, earned, and paid channels. Champion sustainability and purpose-driven storytelling in alignment with Bonduelle's B Corp values. Mentor junior marketing talent and support cross-functional training on portfolio principles
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 8+ years of progressive experience in brand or portfolio marketing within CPG or food industry. Proven success managing multi-brand portfolios and cross-functional go-to-market planning. Strong analytical skills with experience in syndicated data (IRI/Nielsen, Numerator, etc.). Demonstrated ability to lead brand planning, innovation, and activation from strategy through execution. Exceptional collaboration, influencing, and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and balance strategic and tactical priorities.
