This role is responsible for driving occupancy through proactive sales efforts while also supporting overall hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction and team success. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in both sales and day-to-day hotel operations. Duties Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals Prospect and secure new corporate, group, and extended stay business Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and local businesses Conduct outside sales calls, networking, and site visits Manage RFPs, proposals, and contract negotiations Partner with GM and revenue management to drive pricing strategy Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and production reports Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, management, and business development within a technology or related industry Strong background in B2B sales with demonstrated success in negotiation and closing complex deals Expertise in marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation Familiarity with technology sales tools such as Salesforce or similar CRM platforms Excellent analysis skills for interpreting market data and translating insights into actionable plans Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse teams across sales and marketing functions Exceptional customer service orientation combined with effective account management skills Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all organizational levels Act as a key member of the hotel leadership team , supporting overall daily operations Assist front desk with guest service, check-ins, and escalated guest concerns when needed Work closely with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready and guest expectations are met, especially for group arrivals Support hotel during high occupancy periods , including evenings/weekends as needed Coordinate group arrivals with front desk and housekeeping to ensure seamless execution Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to issues to ensure service excellence Assist in training and motivating team members across departments when needed Join us as a Sales & Marketing Manager where your energy fuels our growth!
