Assistant Brand Manager (Entry Level)

Core Select is currently hiring full-time Assistant Brand Managers to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals looking to build experience in customer engagement, team development, and performance-based growth. This role begins with hands-on, customer-facing experience inside retail partner locations and provides a clear path into leadership based on performance. What You'll Do Represent client brands inside major retail locations through face-to-face customer interactions

• Assist in onboarding and developing new team members through hands-on coaching
• Learn how to track performance metrics and contribute to team results
• Build strong communication and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment Growth Opportunity We promote from within based on performance.
