The property is located near the campus of Penn State University What you'll do The Leasing & Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing a strategic marketing plan to drive the property's leasing efforts through brand recognition and reputation, with a focus on retention of existing residents, leasing current availability, and pre-leasing of future availability. Working closely with the Community Manager, this position ensures creative targeted campaigns and events are executed within the Pierce Education Properties brand. This position is expected to utilize knowledge of trending marketing techniques to impact sales and leasing efforts, specifically related to college students. The Leasing & Marking Director is also expected to develop and lead a leasing team who have the skills to provide excellent customer service and support the goal of 100% occupancy. High School Diploma or equivalent is required; college degree or proven success in a Leasing Director position preferred. Strong communication skills.
