AFFILIATE / INFLUENCER MANAGER
Job Posting Job Type Full-Time Location HYBRID Base Salary $4,000 / Month Total Comp Potential Up to $90,000 / Year About the Role We are a performance-driven digital advertising agency managing paid media campaigns for a growing roster of e-commerce clients. As we scale, the quality and volume of creative assets (specifically user-generated video content) has become one of the most critical drivers of ad performance. We are looking for a motivated and organized Affiliate Manager to own this function end-to-end. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a network of content creators who produce video footage used directly in our clients' paid advertising campaigns. You will sign creators as affiliates, onboard them, help them receive product's, and maintain the ongoing relationships necessary to ensure a consistent and high-quality pipeline of video content. Your success will be measured not just by the number of creators you sign, but by the performance of the content they produce in our clients' ads. Key Responsibilities Identify, outreach, and sign content creators across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to serve as affiliates for assigned clients Onboard new affiliates and clearly communicate content expectations, deadlines, and brand guidelines for each client Maintain consistent communication with all active affiliates to ensure delivery of the agreed-upon video quota (typically 4 videos per month per creator) Collaborate with the ad buying team to understand which types of creative are performing and brief creators accordingly Review incoming video submissions for quality and usability before passing them to the ad buying team Track and report on affiliate content delivery rates and flag any fulfillment issues proactively Manage a growing roster of affiliates across multiple client accounts simultaneously, maintaining organized records for each Continuously source new creators to expand and diversify the affiliate network Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with affiliates to reduce churn and improve long-term content quality Compensation This role offers a competitive base salary with significant performance-based bonus potential tied directly to client revenue growth. Total annual compensation can reach up to $90,000 for top performers. Base Salary $4,000 per month ($48,000 annually) Bonus
  • Client First Hits $50K/Month $375 per client (First month & each month after) Bonus
  • Client First Hits $100K/Month $550 per client (First month & each month after) Monthly Bonus Cap $3,500 per month Total Annual Compensation Cap $90,000 Milestone bonuses are paid when a client crosses a revenue threshold for the first time, and each month after, provided the Affiliate Manager has met the required video delivery quota for that client in the same month.
Minimum Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain professional relationships at scale Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple creator relationships and client accounts simultaneously Familiarity with social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and an understanding of what makes video content perform well Self-motivated and results-oriented — comfortable working in a hybrid, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Proficiency with basic productivity tools such as Google Sheets or similar platforms for tracking and reporting Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working at a performance marketing or paid media agency Existing network of content creators or UGC (user-generated content) producers Understanding of direct-response advertising and what types of creative drive conversions Experience using Meta Ads Manager or familiarity with paid social advertising metrics such as ROAS, CTR, and CPM Experience with affiliate platforms or CRM tools What Success Looks Like In the first 30 days, you will have onboarded your first batch of creators and established a reliable outreach and follow-up process. Within 90 days, you will have built a consistent pipeline of video content across all assigned client accounts, and your ad buyers will consider you an indispensable creative partner.
