This role is perfect for someone who understands both platforms inside and out—from optimizing listings and running marketing campaigns to handling account health and appeals. You will play a key role in scaling our product catalog, improving sales performance, and keeping our accounts in excellent standing. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of Amazon Seller Central and TikTok Seller Center Create, optimize, and upload product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, SEO, images, keywords) Plan and execute marketing strategies, including PPC and promotional campaigns Monitor account health metrics, performance notifications, and compliance issues Draft and submit professional appeals for suspensions, listing removals, and policy violations Research new product opportunities and competitive pricing strategies Coordinate inventory planning and replenishment Analyze reports and provide performance insights and growth recommendations Required Qualifications Proven experience managing Amazon and TikTok seller accounts Strong knowledge of listing optimization and marketplace SEO Hands-on experience with PPC advertising and promotions Demonstrated success handling account issues and submitting appeals Understanding of marketplace policies and compliance standards Excellent written communication skills Strong analytical and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience launching new SKUs Knowledge of WFS and FBA operations Product research and sourcing experience Familiarity with third-party tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataSpark, etc.) Why Work With Us Fully remote position Flexible schedule Long-term growth opportunity Performance-based bonuses Direct impact on brand expansion How to Apply Please apply with: A short summary of your marketplace experience Examples of accounts you've managed (if allowed) Specific results you've achieved (sales growth, appeal success, listing improvements, etc.)
