  • Primary Function
  • The Associate Brand Manager will support the development and execution of global product and brand strategies across a diverse portfolio of consumer products and categories.
This role partners cross-functionally with product development, insights, design, engineering, finance, legal, sales, and regional teams to help bring innovative products to market and support strong commercial performance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, consumer-focused, data-driven, and passionate about product innovation, brand storytelling, and portfolio strategy.

Max rate: $41/hr.

  • Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support the development of global product strategies and line plans from concept through launchLeverage consumer, category, cultural, and competitive insights to inform product innovation, platform evolution, and portfolio decisionsAnalyze market trends, category performance, and competitive activity to identify whitespace opportunities and growth strategiesPartner with cross-functional teams including product development, insights, design, engineering, finance, and legal to efficiently move projects forwardHelp shape go-to-market strategies by aligning product positioning, intent, and storytelling across global regionsSupport U.
S. market execution through line planning, forecasting, sell-in readiness, and collaboration with sales teams to ensure successful in-market performanceWork closely with regional and commercial teams to understand local market needs, retail dynamics, and executional opportunities and challengesMaintain forecasting tools, development systems, and tracking processes to ensure accurate product, timeline, and financial informationCreate clear presentations, frameworks, and internal storytelling materials that communicate product strategies and business recommendations effectivelyKeep cross-functional teams aligned through consistent communication of priorities, project updates, timelines, and key decisionsSupport multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentExplore and apply AI-powered tools to improve productivity, analysis, and creative problem-solving
  • Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of brand management, product strategy, and consumer-driven innovationExperience supporting product development processes, line planning, forecasting, and sales collaborationAbility to analyze quantitative and qualitative data and translate insights into actionable recommendationsStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholdersCollaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across global, regional, and commercial teamsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and ExcelComfort experimenting with and utilizing AI-powered tools to improve workflows and business outcomesAdaptable and comfortable working across multiple brands, categories, and stages of product development •Education & Experience•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Strategy, or a related field requiredMBA or advanced degree preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in brand management, product strategy, consumer goods, or a related fieldExperience working in a cross-functional, fast-paced consumer products environment preferred
