If that sounds like your kind of place, keep reading. The Role We're looking for a Bilingual Marketing Director (English/Spanish) to lead and scale our marketing function. This is a senior leadership role — you'll sit at the table with the CEO and COO, own the firm's entire marketing vision, and build the team and systems that drive client acquisition and brand growth. You won't inherit a broken machine. You'll inherit momentum — and your job is to accelerate it.
What You'll Own:
Strategy & Leadership Own the firm's marketing vision, annual plan, and KPIs Lead and grow an in-house team of marketers and manage external vendors Partner directly with the CEO and COO on brand positioning and growth initiatives Brand & Content Build a consistent, compelling brand identity across every channel Oversee the content calendar: blogs, email, video, social, print Ensure every message reflects our voice, values, and mission Digital & Performance Marketing Drive growth through paid ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and lead nurturing Own website performance, analytics, and conversion optimization Build and maintain automated marketing workflows using AI, CRM, and marketing platforms Client Acquisition & Sales Alignment Align closely with our Sales and Intake teams so marketing and conversion work together Develop collateral and touchpoints that move leads through the funnel Reputation & PR Manage online reputation, press, and media outreach Position our attorneys as thought leaders in immigration law What We're Looking For Bilingual:
