This role suits an operations‑focused professional with field leadership experience: retail, events, logistics, or hospitality backgrounds encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Lead and support Brand Ambassadors on‑site Build weekly schedules and staffing plans Track performance using Google Sheets/Excel Identify high‑traffic distribution areas in Medford/Brookline Manage uniforms and flyer inventory Report daily to HQ and adapt field strategies as needed. Qualifications 2+ years in sales, operations, logistics, field management or similar Strong leadership and communication skills Lived in Boston for 4+ years with strong city knowledge Must own a vehicle Laptop + smartphone required Excel / Google Sheets experience required English fluent Compensation $1,250 USD per week + performance bonuses
