Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is hiring a Brand and Creative Program Manager to drive execution across social media, content production, and influencer marketing. This is a highly hands on role focused on coordination, delivery, and performance. You will operate as the central hub across marketing, creative, growth, and partner teams. You will ensure campaigns move forward efficiently, content gets produced on time, and ideas translate into execution. This role is ideal for someone who combines social media expertise with strong project management skills and thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment. This is a fully remote role and a 6-month contract. What This Person Will Do Social Media Strategy & Channel Ownership
  • Own the content strategy and editorial calendar across organic social channels including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and Facebook
  • Define channel specific voice, format, and posting cadence
  • Apply platform knowledge to guide content decisions and improve performance
  • Use organic social as a testing ground for messaging, formats, and audience targeting Content Production & Creative Coordination
  • Partner with creative and marketing teams to develop platform native content
  • Manage content workflows from brief through production and delivery
  • Brief and direct internal and external creators
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice, campaign priorities, and audience segments Influencer & Creator Marketing
  • Build and manage influencer and creator programs end to end
  • Source creators aligned to target audiences and campaign goals
  • Manage briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approvals
  • Track campaign performance and measure ROI
  • Prioritize authentic audience fit over follower count Program Management & Cross Functional Execution
  • Act as a central operator across marketing, design, growth, and external partners
  • Manage timelines, workflows, and campaign deliverables
  • Ensure alignment across teams and remove blockers
  • Support light team management responsibilities, including oversight of one direct report
  • Maintain organization across multiple concurrent initiatives Performance & Insights
  • Track performance across social and influencer channels including engagement, acquisition, and retention metrics
  • Translate results into actionable recommendations for content and campaigns
  • Share insights with growth and marketing teams to inform broader strategy

  • 4+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, influencer marketing, or program management
  • Experience in streaming, media, entertainment, or a content driven business
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast paced environment
  • Experience managing cross functional stakeholders and external partners
  • Experience working in fast paced or startup environments
  • Familiarity with content production workflows and creator ecosystems
  • Exposure to performance marketing or growth collaboration
