About Us Eras Pilates & Barre is a fast-growing boutique fitness and wellness brand focused on reformer Pilates, barre, mat Pilates, and community. We are building a modern luxury wellness experience that empowers women through movement, confidence, and connection. We are looking for a creative, trend-aware, highly aesthetic Brand & Content Manager to help grow our online presence and create content that converts into memberships and community growth. This is NOT a basic social media posting role — we are looking for someone who understands branding, storytelling, content strategy, and aspirational wellness marketing. Responsibilities Film and edit Instagram Reels & TikTok content Maintain a cohesive, elevated, luxury wellness aesthetic across platforms Create content that drives engagement, visibility, and membership growth Stay on top of social media trends, trending audio, and viral content formats Capture in-studio content including classes, instructors, events, and community moments Assist with content planning and marketing campaigns Coordinate content shoots with instructors and members Post consistently across social media platforms Help grow local brand awareness and community engagement Support launches, workshops, challenges, and special events through content creation Maintain the overall online "feel" and identity of the Eras brand Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Has strong creative instincts and a great eye for aesthetics Understands modern wellness, Pilates, fashion, and luxury feminine branding Is highly familiar with TikTok and Instagram trends Can film and edit high-quality short-form video content quickly Understands content strategy and what converts into clients Is organized, self-motivated, and proactive Works well in a fast-paced startup environment Is comfortable being around people and directing content shoots Has strong communication skills and positive energy Bonus if you: Have experience managing social media for a boutique brand Have photography/videography experience Have experience in fitness, wellness, beauty, or fashion industries Are familiar with editing platforms Love Pilates, wellness, and content creation Compensation & Perks $20-$25/hour depending on experience Complimentary studio membership Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding wellness brand Creative freedom and collaboration opportunities To Apply Please send: Resume Portfolio or social media accounts you've managed Examples of reels/content you've created Your Instagram/TikTok handle A short paragraph on why you'd be a great fit for Eras Pilates & Barre We are looking for someone who genuinely understands branding, community, and the modern wellness space — and is excited to help grow something special
