Led internal communications initiatives by drafting newsletters, intranet/Point content, FAQs, executive talking points, and employee engagement materials to support large-scale transformation programs. Supported cross-functional transformation projects through communications playbook execution, editorial calendar management, and collaboration with international corporate teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Created visually compelling PowerPoint presentations, briefing documents, and storytelling assets with a strong focus on executive-level communication, employee engagement, and simplifying complex business data. Coordinated internal events including town halls, quarterly meetings, workshops, and leadership sessions by managing logistics, run-of-show planning, and stakeholder communication for both virtual and in-person environments. Demonstrated strong project management and organizational skills by balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed corporate environment while remaining agile, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
