Attention Grabbing Media is looking for an experienced Brand Growth Manager to serve as the primary strategic lead for branding clients. This role is ideal for a creative, organized, and client-focused marketing professional with strong experience in brand strategy, social media management, content marketing, creative direction, and account performance. The Brand Growth Manager will manage client onboarding, content direction, content approval processes, creative strategy, client communication, and production coordination. This role requires strong leadership, relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients while coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment. Serve as the primary strategic lead for branding clients. Manage client onboarding, content direction, and content approval processes. Lead creative strategy, client communication, and production coordination. Oversee content calendars and overall account performance. Support social media brand growth through content strategy and campaign execution. Collaborate with creative, production, and account teams to deliver high-quality client work. Manage multiple client relationships while maintaining organization, accuracy, and clear communication. Monitor account performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve client satisfaction and retention. COMPETENCIES
Strong experience with content strategy, social media marketing, and brand management. Ability to manage content marketing campaigns and creative team workflows. Strong project management skills, including experience with tools such as ClickUp. Experience with Canva, analytics reporting, and client management. Excellent leadership, communication, creativity, and organization skills. Strong decision-making and relationship-building abilities. Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment. Comfortable managing multiple clients and brand accounts simultaneously. English fluency required; Spanish is preferred. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
No college degree is required. Previous agency experience is a plus but not required. 3+ years of experience in brand management, social media brand management, content strategy, or content marketing campaign management is required. Experience managing client relationships, creative teams, and multiple client accounts is expected. Agency experience is strongly preferred. Preferred certifications include:
