THE PURPOSE
True Religion has always been about more than denim - it's about culture, community, and showing up in the moments that matter. The Brand Marketing Manager is the person who brings that to life through the partnerships we build and the campaigns we run. This role owns brand-to-brand collaborations end-to-end, from identifying the right opportunities to executing launches that actually resonate with our audience. You'll sit at the center of our marketing organization - connecting creative, social, e-commerce, retail, and external partners around a shared plan - and you'll be the one holding it all together. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role for someone who can think strategically, present with confidence, and execute without dropping a thread. THE ROLE
(what you are accountable for): Own brand-to-brand collaborations from first conversation to post-launch recap—managing timelines, deliverables, approvals, and partner relationships throughout. Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with an eye for cultural relevance, audience fit, and brand alignment—bringing forward clear recommendations with a point of view. Serve as the central marketing lead on all collaboration and campaign initiatives, keeping internal stakeholders and external partners moving in the same direction. Develop integrated marketing plans, campaign briefs, and go-to-market strategies that connect the dots across channels—social, digital, retail, PR, and beyond. Act as the connective tissue across Creative, Social, Influencer, PR, Retail Marketing, and E-commerce—facilitating alignment, driving accountability, and clearing blockers. Translate business objectives into marketing strategies that build awareness, deepen engagement, and drive measurable results. Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for each initiative, analyze performance post-launch, and turn learnings into clear, actionable recommendations. Build executive-level recaps and presentations that communicate impact and inform future strategy. YOU ARE:
You're a strategic marketer who knows how to get things done. You can walk into a room, present a vision, and get everyone aligned—then turn around and manage the hundred details it takes to actually make it happen. You love culture, you understand how brands show up in the world, and you have the organizational muscle to run complex, multi-stakeholder programs without missing a beat. Fast-paced doesn't rattle you—it energizes you. REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
5-8+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or campaign management Proven track record managing brand collaborations, partnerships, sponsorships, or cultural marketing programs Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution in a fast-paced environment Strong strategic planning and presentation skills - you can build a deck that actually moves people Solid grasp of integrated marketing across digital, social, retail, and PR channels Exceptional project management and organizational skills; nothing falls through the cracks on your watch Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels Background in fashion, streetwear, lifestyle, retail, music, or entertainment marketing Experience with licensing, co-branded product launches, or cultural collaborations Familiarity with influencer, creator, or talent-driven partnership models ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION
