Job Description

This is going to be the hardest thing you have ever done in your career. I'm not going to soften that. It is also going to be the most rewarding work you have ever done, alongside the best group of A players you will ever get to work with. Both things are true. I'm hiring one Digital Marketing Lead. This is a unicorn role. Some people are already going to read that and click away because they know it isn't them. Good. That's what should happen. I'm not looking for most people. I'm looking for one person. Here's what makes this role different. You are going to transition into this seat directly from me and the marketing team I've personally built. You will be learning from someone who has spent almost two decades obsessing over what works in marketing. That is the standard you are stepping into. It means the bar is high. It means the working interview is real. You will sit with us in person and show us, not tell us, that you can run digital marketing at an advanced level. We will see your thinking, your instincts, your speed, and your taste. We will know within hours whether you can carry this. Here is what you have to be able to run. Organic social media. Both the creative and the execution. You are not just scheduling content. You are building the content engine. Paid media across every major platform. Facebook Ads. Instagram Ads. YouTube Ads. Google Ads. You know how to plan, launch, optimize, and scale. You read the data. You make the calls. You don't wait for someone else to tell you what is working. You move fast. You ship more in a week than most people ship in a month. You hold your own creative bar even when no one is watching. You understand that brand and performance are not enemies, they work together, and you know how to make that happen. We are not looking for the person who knows how to do all of this. We are looking for the person who has already done all of this at scale. You also have to fit our culture. This part is non-negotiable. Our core values are the most important piece of our brand.
