Our products combine clinically validated technology with an easy at-home experience, giving customers a drug-free, non-invasive way to support mobility, strength, and everyday function. We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to help our marketing team execute our next stage of DTC growth across paid media, email/SMS, organic social, Shopify, Amazon, and content creation. Position Overview The Digital Marketing Manager will work directly with the Motive internal team and our digital marketing agency partners to support day-to-day execution, campaign development, creative testing, and revenue growth across our digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who is highly hands-on — someone who can help build ad creative, manage content calendars, oversee email/SMS campaigns, support Shopify storefront updates, contribute to Amazon growth initiatives, and ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with Motive's brand, performance goals, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities Work closely with Motive's paid media agencies to support Meta, Google, Amazon, and other performance marketing initiatives. Help develop, review, and organize digital ad creative, including static ads, UGC-style videos, hooks, copy, and landing page concepts. Support campaign testing strategies, including new offers, bundles, landing pages, advertorials, listicles, and funnel-style product pages. Monitor performance trends and help identify opportunities to improve ROAS, CVR, AOV, and CAC. Oversee email and SMS strategy, campaign calendars, approvals, segmentation, and lifecycle opportunities to improve retention and repeat purchase. Help execute new DTC strategies across the Shopify storefront, including offer testing, product page updates, landing pages, upsells, and other conversion rate optimization initiatives. Work with Motive's Amazon agency and internal team to support Amazon growth initiatives. Support organic social content planning, scheduling, and posting across Motive's social channels. Support community management, including responding to comments, monitoring engagement, and identifying customer insights. Help manage project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and communication across paid media, creative, email/SMS, Amazon, and web development. Support weekly reporting, performance recaps, and strategic planning discussions. Bring forward new ideas, digital trends, and growth opportunities that can help Motive scale efficiently. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, growth marketing, or a related role. Experience working with or managing digital marketing agencies. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and associated creative Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email/SMS marketing platforms. Experience with Shopify storefront management, landing pages, product pages, and conversion optimization. Understanding of Amazon marketplace strategy, Amazon ads, or Amazon listing optimization preferred. Strong creative eye with the ability to evaluate ad creative, UGC content, landing pages, and campaign messaging. Experience using AI tools for marketing content creation, creative ideation, copywriting, workflow optimization, or campaign development. Experience in DTC, consumer health, wellness, medical devices, beauty, fitness, or consumer products preferred. They are comfortable collaborating with agencies while also rolling up their sleeves to build campaigns, review creative, manage content, and help move projects forward quickly. They understand how paid media, email/SMS, Shopify, Amazon, and organic social work together to drive growth — and they are excited to help Motive scale as a modern DTC health brand. Work Environment This is a hybrid role based in the Greater Phoenix / Scottsdale area. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with the Motive team in person and remotely, while also collaborating with external agency partners. Key Skills
