In this role, you will work with the artist to develop content oversee a diverse range of campaigns, capture data and growth insights, and collaborate with creative teams to drive ticket sales, grow streaming numbers, fan club development and overall brand strategy for the artist. Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies encompassing SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation to boost brand visibility and engagement. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other digital channels to maximize ROI. Utilize SEO tools and perform keyword research to improve organic search rankings and enhance website traffic through effective content optimization. Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, and other analytics platforms to track KPIs, identify trends, and refine campaigns for better results. Coordinate graphic design projects to produce compelling visual content aligned with campaign goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including existing digital teams, managers, venue promotion staff and record labels to ensure cohesive campaign execution that aligns with overall business objectives. Qualifications Proven experience in digital marketing management with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM strategies, social media management, and analytics platforms. Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, graphic design (Adobe Photoshop), HTML/CSS coding skills, JavaScript basics, SQL knowledge is a plus. Hands-on experience with Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, Google Ads campaigns, and marketing automation tools. Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for performance optimization; experience with performance marketing is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Deep understanding of TikTok, YouTube, Meta platforms. Video, editing and photography skills.
