This is a full-time position (40 hrs/week). Posted Digital is a digital marketing agency based in Phoenix, AZ, and we are looking to add a strategic, collaborative, and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to our growing team!
What We're Seeking:
We're seeking a highly organized, strategic, and creative marketing professional who can lead client accounts while driving growth-focused marketing initiatives across multiple industries. This role goes beyond social media management. We're looking for someone who understands digital marketing as a whole — someone who can think strategically about content, lead generation, branding, campaign performance, client experience, and overall business growth. As part of our team, you'll oversee client marketing strategies, lead communication and account management, collaborate with our creative team, and ensure campaigns are executed at a high level across social media, email marketing, content creation, Meta advertising, and brand initiatives. Job Responsibilities:

Lead Client Marketing Accounts:
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, leading communication, strategy discussions, approvals, timelines, and overall account management.
Manage and Execute Email Marketing Campaigns:
Create, write, design, schedule, and manage custom email marketing campaigns through Flodesk or other CRM's for a variety of clients and industries. Manage Website Upkeep for
Clients:
Oversee ongoing website updates and maintenance for client websites, including basic page edits, content updates, promotional banner swaps, form and link checks, visual updates, and coordination of larger web design or development projects when needed. Ensure client websites remain updated, on-brand, functional, and aligned with current marketing initiatives. Oversee Marketing Projects +
Campaigns:
Manage and coordinate additional marketing initiatives including branding projects, launch campaigns, promotional campaigns, website projects, collateral design, and creative deliverables. Manage Multiple Timelines +
Priorities:
Oversee multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously while maintaining strong organization, communication, and attention to detail. Track Performance +
Campaign Insights:
Review campaign analytics and marketing performance to help guide strategy adjustments and future recommendations. Bring Strategic + Creative Ideas to the
Team:
Contribute fresh ideas, campaign concepts, marketing strategies, and creative solutions for both clients and internal agency growth.
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, graphic design, or a related field preferred 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, marketing coordination, or agency environments preferred Experience managing email marketing campaigns and platforms such as Flodesk, Mailchimp, Go High Level, and other similar platforms Experience with website platforms such as Squarespace, Showit, WordPress, Wix, or similar website builders preferred Understanding of website management, including page updates, content uploads, basic SEO best practices, user experience, and ongoing website upkeep Strong understanding of branding, marketing campaigns, social media strategy, and content marketing Experience managing multiple client accounts, timelines, and creative deliverables simultaneously Strong organizational skills with excellent communication and client management abilities Experience collaborating with creative teams including designers, content creators, and videographers Familiarity with platforms such as Asana, Canva, Flodesk, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, and website management platforms preferred Ability to think both creatively and strategically while maintaining attention to detail Portfolio and/or examples of client work required for application
Pay:
Starting at $60k, based on experience.
